Role

  • Support team growth and create/maintain all the People Operations processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop new employee benefits and perks
  • Analyze and propose innovative compensation structures for a globally distributed workforce
  • Contribute to the creation of internal L&D programs
  • Support payroll by providing relevant employee data
  • Research new tools
  • Organize and maintain personnel records and internal databases
  • Answer contributor queries about contracts, policies, expenses, tools and accesses
  • Serve as an internal coach for contributors at all levels of the organization
  • Support the contributor on-boarding process
  • Research and implement employee health metrics
  • Liaise with external and internal partners to ensure legal compliance
  • Support for Visa and immigration workflows in cooperation with external agencies
  • Act as an internal business partner
  • Development of our internal performance management, including compensation structure/normalization and performance reviews
  • Nurture of our organisational Culture, scaling and optimizing culture while in a distributed team.
