- Support team growth and create/maintain all the People Operations processes and systems.
- Research and develop new employee benefits and perks
- Analyze and propose innovative compensation structures for a globally distributed workforce
- Contribute to the creation of internal L&D programs
- Support payroll by providing relevant employee data
- Research new tools
- Organize and maintain personnel records and internal databases
- Answer contributor queries about contracts, policies, expenses, tools and accesses
- Serve as an internal coach for contributors at all levels of the organization
- Support the contributor on-boarding process
- Research and implement employee health metrics
- Liaise with external and internal partners to ensure legal compliance
- Support for Visa and immigration workflows in cooperation with external agencies
- Act as an internal business partner
- Development of our internal performance management, including compensation structure/normalization and performance reviews
- Nurture of our organisational Culture, scaling and optimizing culture while in a distributed team.
